Drop-in SEISA for Cement

Problem
An Indonesia Cement Industry customer had encountered issues with their existing Roller Press application gearbox and needed support from the existing brand, which was not available in Indonesia. 

Solution
We provided our SEISA drop-in solution which helped replace the existing gearbox. Seisa's design increased the overall gear rating by offsetting the gear arrangement, increasing the overall pinion and wheel size for higher rating while keeping the same HSS and LSS position and center distance. 

The replacement model used was Seisa Gear Drive Motor QHH242 is the same as the one replaced for another Roller Press in the same plant, since 2012. No modifications were made, with the same specification as the previously replaced unit. This demonstrates the reliability and durability of our gearbox running over a decade that had build quality trusts for our customers and their applications.
